'We arrived at the property.. it was so easy to find with the sat nav app... If I had to give any negative feedback. It would be for such simple little things .. such as some slippers . Bath robes. Shower gel.and tv in the bedroom would of made it complete.. b'

Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

'DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. For the week before I had to call multiple times and sent multiple unanswered text messages to the host to ask about how to check in and if a travel cot and high chair could be provided. It was only when I called Vrbo that anything ever happened to which I was told there was no check in information available until a few hours before check in. A strange policy choiceOn check in day it wasn't until I spoke to someone at Vrbo multiple times and called them...

'Very happy with our stay. The lodge was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Beautifully private and quiet. Lots of wildlife around. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to our wonderful host. '
