« Easy access, close to trails, large driveway for trailers. We had 3 families with a bunch of kids to go trail riding. Everything fit our group perfectly. Host was responsive to questions. Only negative was the side door had a hornet nest hopefully its gone for the next guests. »

« Location is beautiful and couldn't be more peaceful. Wonderful rustic setting and great amenities. However, basement smells so strongly of Moth balls we couldn't use it and the blinds are inadequate and don't keep any light out of the bedrooms. Beautiful nice furniture but $5 blinds from Walmart. »

« Everything was as listed but much bigger in person!! Couch was comfier than the futon so people slept on that instead. So many great spaces for us to hang out. Bad things- parking is so tight and complicated! Neighborhood is very cramped together and small with steep hills (unavoidable hills but) »

« This house is fun! The area is great for wonderful sunsets, exploring and family time. Location is right in the middle of awesome landmarks. It's big enough to look forward to big meals. The host is super nice and responsive (make sure to check all platforms for the response. ex: I sent text, but the response was in the app.) »

« We had a nice day at Grandview Lodge. It was so nice that they allowed pets so our family dog could come with us. The kitchen and amenities were well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook meals, and it was nice and comfy! »

« The house itself and the neighborhood cute, did it satisfy our needs in the home for the most part. My real online complaints were on listing it says contact host about wifi details then to find out there was no wifi. We got by, but it did affect some of our work. The other thing is that stove/oven is dangerous, the oven took some extra steps to just getting it off all the way and one of the burners wouldnt even turn on. .Overall not a bad stay, but those things i do feel like should be...
