'We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and everything was there. The room was also nice and quiet which made sure you could relax after a busy day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Downstairs at the bar it was also nice to hang out. The only point of criticism was the breakfast, this was little for the amount charged. 'Wauw, wat een heerlijke accomodatie om tot rust te komen na een dagje Londen ontdekken! We hadden een vroege vlucht en dus vroeg inchecken, bagage konden we achterlaten en de toen we om 12:30 terugkwamen was ons appartement al klaar en mochten we naar de al in! Helemaal geweldig natuurlijk!

'Best hotel in London I’ve been at. Centrally located right at the top of the City, right near Liverpool Street. Easy connections to West End, Soho, Mayfair, everything.
Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there).
Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...
'We had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient. We were professionally welcomed by a hotel receptionist and he even surprised us with a sweet gift. Other receptionists and staff were friendly too, ready to help with their information. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room is neat and clean. There was a variety of food from different restaurants. We had room service which was well served. In general we were happy with our stay and highly recommend the hotel.'

"Prachtig uitzicht op de Tower Bridge zoals omschreven was. We kregen wat we bestelden. Dat is heel belangrijk. De staat van onderhoud is slecht, maar renovatie is opgestart. Dat is hard nodig. Alles was wel schoon. De view op de brug was magisch..
Ontbijt was prima. Uiteraard Engels ontbijt en nog wat andere zaken daarnaast.
