'After reading reviews of this property and seeing the overall rating of a 9.6, I figured that this would be a can’t miss opportunity. Upon arrival, the location was excellent with restaurants and pubs within a short walk, to allow myself and my family to explore the wonderful city of Galway. That was about when the positives ended. 'We were sent the wrong information from Vrbo so spent about an hour trying to figure out how to check in. At one point the host was trying to figure out another property to stay in and we actually in the car on the way to another property when the issue was figured out.'

'Nice clean place with lots of amenities. We picked this place to stay with our two teen children so they could each have their own room, we had a rental car and parking is on the property, and it’s fairly close to downtown. It’s situated in a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. Rather than try parking downtown we left the car there and took taxis to and from the Latin Quarter, which is about a 10 minute ride. 'The location was alright. The parking was less than desirable. We had to park our car in a pay lot that was a 15 min walk away. The neighborhood is also next to a school, so there is morning and afternoon noise from the kids walking to and from. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable and the host was friendly. '

'Everything was great but the pillows were not comfortable. I suggest having thinner , softer pillows as an option.'

'This is a lovely place, however; we were unable to stay due to the front lock not working. It was stuck in the lock position and we could not close the door. The three of us each spent about 45 minutes trying to fix it so we could close the door. We tried calling the owner but at 9 or so at night were unable to get in touch.
