'Check-in was easy! This place was very clean! Also, I didn’t see any bugs ! The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, pots and pans, and utensils. This place is on the marsh so we had a beautiful view. It’s also in a beautiful neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!'

' Location is superb. Pool was nice, we did pay extra to have it heated. It did require constant cleaning from leaves. Home was as listed, however, we checked in to find all trash cans full therefore nowhere to place our trash. Then trash pickup was delayed and no resolution was offered except to store trash in laundry area. Communication with the manager was timely and thorough. '

'The property was as described and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the shade provided by the under house area. Very nice perk having a refrigerator there. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard offered privacy. The kitchen was very well supplied. The house overall was very comfortable. The only thing we could have asked for is a toilet downstairs for pool days. The walk to the beach is pretty long in the heat of summer. '

'We vacation with our adult children (group of 7). There was plenty of room to gather for dinner together and to play cards and board games. With 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths and loft area we all had our own space as well. The pool was just a few steps away and the walk to get on the beach was about 10 minutes. The access through Islander's Park was just out the back gate. The park had bathrooms. There was plenty of space on the beach. We had a few minor things come up that our host was quick...

Location to pool, club house, fitness center and dog park was perfect. Owner reached out to make we made it safe and to let us know he's available if needed. Golf course was very nice. Overall a great stay. I'm ready to go back!'
