The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, walkable and only 10 short minutes to downtown by car or 7-minutes to Sky Lagoon or the beach. I would recommend and stay here again. The rental is up one flight of stairs to the main level. The ground level is a separate apartment and the rental listing is for the upper two floors and requires 14-stairs to access. '
