▪️This property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 8 guests if needed. There is an additional fee above 4 guests. Kindly register the correct total number of guests.

▪️This property may have regular maintenance (e.g., pool) during your stay. If you'd prefer no service during your visit, just let us know in advance. If your booking includes a Thursday or Friday, our pool cleaner may stop by the property to clean the pool. He will be entering from the side gate entrance, so please allow him to clean the pool.

▪️Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a Pack ’n Play and/or high chair available upon request. Fees may apply upon host’s discretion.

▪️Surveillance or recording devices on property. Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home. The property has 4 security cameras - front door, patio, backyard and parking. All devices are Ring products and we receive app notifications for any motion detection.

▪️We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

▪️ The pool is deep, approximately 12 feet at its deepest point. Please ensure all non-swimmers and children use appropriate flotation devices and are supervised at all times.

▪️ Lost key not placed back in lockbox at check-out will incur a $50 fee.

▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed. We will charge an additional $25 per person per night.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per stay per pet. Pets must be registered with the host prior to arrival. Owners are responsible for any extra cleaning or damages.
▪️ No smoking, vaping, or use of electronic cigarettes within the property’s interior; these are only allowed outside. If evidence of smoking inside the property is found, there will be an additional charge of $500 to have professional cleaning done.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings. Excessive noise is prohibited. Penalty is $1,000 if neighbors complain and caught by the Nevada licensing.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors.
▪️ Do not park in neighbors’ driveways or block mailboxes. Use the driveway and available street parking only.
▪️ Respect the home and its contents. Any missing or damaged items may result in additional charges.
▪️ Do not flush wipes or other items down the toilet. Paper towels, feminine products, or wipes of any type will cause plumbing blockage that can lead to sewage backflow.
▪️ Follow the check-in and check-out instructions provided. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to approval.
▪️ Furniture, decor, and household items should be returned to their original locations before checkout.
▪️ A rental agreement, photo ID, and security deposit may be required.
▪️ Pool use is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. No glassware in or near the pool area.
▪️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if any house rule is violated.
