This is a beautifully furnished 2br 2ba condominium located in the Viera building, with a balcony overlooking the Montelago Village. Address: 30 Strada di Villaggio #417, Henderson, NV 89011. This easy-access condo offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The large patio with table and chairs will allow you to relax and take in the views of the village and prestigious Lake Las Vegas community. The full size kitchen has a full stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, glasses silverware and toaster. Bathroom basics such as hand and body towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Flat screen TVs are included in living room and both bedrooms. Facility also offers a fully stocked fitness room, coin laundromat, free parking, large swimming pools and hot tub that are heated year-round. We are also right next door to the LLV Hilton, steps away from shops and restaurants as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and much more. The grocery store next door also offers the opportunity to fully stock up on food and save $$! Many miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport, 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. (City registration number: STR19-00064)

Nice spring break getaway

We had a great time at Lake Las Vegas. We enjoyed the close proximity to Lake Mead. The restaurants in the village were wonderful. We enjoyed not having to go far to get great food after a day of paddle boarding at Lake Mead. The condo was clean and well furnished. Very comfortable for our family of four.

Great condo in a nice location

We came to Henderson for my son’s college baseball game and wanted to find a place close to the fields. The condo was beautifully decorated but most importantly very clean. Cristian was great with his communication / directions and the underground, secured parking was a nice perk. The Casino in the complex is closed but the grocery store and the pub were great. The condo’s kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have luggage racks in the closets. The bathtub in the master bathroom was really deep with no handles for support, this might be an issue for those that have mobility issues but they is a walk in shower in the other bathroom. I would highly recommend this place.

Unexpected Water Shut Off

I’ll start off by saying the the condo was pleasant enough. However, we were surprised to find out that the water was going to be shut off from 11::00pm to 6:00am. We had no idea what that meant. Interrupted sleep from sawing, hammering, grinding. Also meant no hot water for, and I’m guessing here because we gave up trying and sometimes we left early, 2 hrs. more or less. Hot Tub was shut down and heated pool was not heated about mid week. Owner’s did give us a partial refund but I will not go back there again.

The trip to Lake LV was a brief 3 days with family but it was perfect. The location of the condominium was excellent to the water sport and restaurants in Lake LV area. The condominium was nice for our family of four and accommodated us well. Cris was great in his communication with us and it was easy to get a hold of him when needed. We went to Lake of Las Vegas for a family vacay. The condo was perfect for our family. The 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms were a hit with the teenage daughters. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy.

Bday Getaway

This unit was a perfect getaway to celebrate a 50th bday with friends. First of all the condo was clean and comfortable. My friend said, “This was the most comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever slept on.” The location was perfect for walking to everything within the village. And the pool was clean and close. The guys enjoyed the convenience of how close the golf courses were. We will definitely be returning to this spot again.

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Vegas. The place has comfy beds. Was just 25 min ride into Vegas close enough to be in the action but far enough for quite time. There is a little pub right there with good food. And a small supermarket for anything you need. Enjoyed sitting on balcony in the evening with the breeze and watching the sunset over the mountains. Great views
