It’s a 5 min walk across the bridge to enjoy restaurants, live music on Saturdays and water sports - paddle board, kayak, boat rentals, sunset yacht cruises and aqua park! Stroll or bike around the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery (there is a secure, indoor bike storage)! Golf at Reflection Bay just steps away! Community gym, and heated pool/spa open year round! This is truly a unique resort for a perfect, peaceful escape!



The Space:

This stylish, modern condo has been recently remodeled and sleeps 4 people - there is a king bed and a high-end, leather queen pull out sofa bed. It boasts a kitchen featuring brand new stainless steel appliances with dishwasher, full sized stove/oven and full size fridge - a rare find for these condos! The kitchen is also fully equipped with a Keurig coffee machine with K-cups, pots/pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, coffee cups, wine glasses, toaster, and much more! Enjoy the lake views from your private patio with bar height stools to see over the railing!



The bathroom has shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. In addition to the bath towels, there are also pool towels for your convenience. You will have everything you need for a relaxing stay at Lake Las Vegas!



There is access to a shared gym and laundry room 24 hours a day. Take a dip in the community swimming pool and spa that is open year round from 8am - 10pm daily.

Guest Access:

Guests will stay in a one bedroom condo suite with private patio area. Full bath includes soaking tub and separate shower with entrance to the bathroom from the living area so easily accessible to all guests staying. There is access to a shared gym and laundry room 24 hours a day. Take a dip in the community swimming pool and spa that is open and heated year round from 8am - 10pm daily. There is also an ice machine and vending machine in the building for your convenience. Relax at one of the many sitting areas surrounding the building to catch the lake views. Just steps away you can tee off at Reflection Bay - the award winning Jack Nicklaus Signature Design course.



𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 & 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐬:

Please note that a designated owner's cabinet/closet is kept locked for personal owner supplies. This area is completely private and strictly for owner use, leaving all primary closet, drawer, and living space fully open and uninterrupted for your stay.



𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

There is no washer or dryer inside the unit. Shared, pay-per-use laundry facilities are located on the building premises outside the unit. Machines can be operated using the WASH-CONNECT app, credit/debit card, or coins.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located inside the Luna Di Lusso buildings at Lake Las Vegas. It is about a 30 min drive to the strip, 25 min to Lake Mead, 35 min to Hoover Dam and only 13 min to Cowabunga Bay Water Park. A short 5 min walk from the condo across the bridge will bring you to Montelago Village with a grocery store, shops, restaurants, bars, water sports rentals and gambling! If you can’t find what you’re looking for there, you can take a 10 min drive to larger grocery stores, gas and wider selection of restaurants etc. There are 2 major hotels at Lake Las Vegas, signature golf courses, country clubs and so much more!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas or you can schedule a taxi in advance. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. There is a designated outdoor parking lot for the condo building with free parking available.



Other Things to Note:

This condo is located inside the Luna Di Lusso buildings.



You’re welcome to bring your own kayak or paddleboard and launch from our condo’s private boat dock. Please note that there is a $25 fee and a waiver that needs to be signed through the boat rental company in the village across the lake before you get started. Enjoy easy access to the water and make the most of your stay!
