No resort fees! Amazing luxury condo located at The Signature at MGM! This beautiful condo is on the 16th floor with amazing Strip views from the balcony and bedroom. The codo is just 0.5 miles/0.8km from the Strip (2 minutes drive and 8 minutes walk), a great distance to keep you in the middle of everything, yet far enough from all the noise and traffic.
You have full use of all the amenities of the MGM Grand like the 6.6 acre MGM Grand Pool area with five pools, a 1,000 ft long lazy river and three Jacuzzis.

The space:

This is an amazing corner unit, with a great view of the Strip from the bedroom and balcony.

The condo has a great space of almost 900 sq. ft. which features a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms (the master bath has a whirlpool spa tub and separate shower), a large balcony with amazing views of the Strip, a queen sofa bed, 2 flat-screen TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) plus an LCD TV in the master bathroom and dining area.

Things to note:

**PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**

-At check-in, the front desk will put an authorization deposit on your credit card for an amount between $100-300 for incidental purchases (Spa, Room Service, etc.). If you don't make any purchases in the Resort and there are no damages, you won't be charged, and the authorization will be released right after your stay.

-Due to hotel management rules, the laundry room usage is limited to reservations 7 days or longer, with no exceptions. Reservations under 7 days are not allowed to use the laundry facilities.

-The check-in process is the same as a hotel. Please have a valid Credit or Debit Card & ID for incidentals when you check-in. You must be 21+ to check in, and your ID must match the credit card for incidentals.

-PARKING: The Signature at MGM does not have self-parking, parking is with valet parking only (free of charge) and it is first come, first serve. If the valet parking is full, you will be directed to park at the MGM Grand. You have the option of doing self-parking at the MGM Grand for a possible charge.

-Although The Signature has almost all the benefits of a resort, the condo is a self-catered vacation home. We do provide an initial starter kit (including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper) to get you started. If the starter kit runs out during your stay and you do not want to pay extra for maid service (scheduled in advance), please plan to purchase additional toiletry such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags, detergent, paper towels, etc. during your stay at a nearby store or bring them with you.

- No Smoking inside the unit. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio with sliding doors closed.

-Noise levels are to be kept generally low. Quiet Hours are between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.

-Please do not use any towels or linens as a makeup remover or to clean. Every towel or linen stained -Regardless if is makeup or not- will be charged $15 per linen.
