The rooms have brand new 3 king/ 1 queen beds and the house has an incredible sea view, where you can enjoy sunsets and rainbows.

All windows and window doors in the house have mosquito nets.


The house is perfectly equipped for hosting remote workers and digital nomads with private working friendly tables and chairs in each room, plenty pf plugs and wifi. WiFi is powerful in the whole home but a secondary internet sim card is always suggested: starlink can show instability if very bad weather comes.

Comfortable panoramic tables are available for use and plenty of plugs are around.

Weekly house cleaning and linen and towels change is included, a security person is available every day since 5 pm to morning, (even if it has never really been necessary, luckily nothing ever happened, it is a safe area).

Space for parking (free and private) is available in the property. We suggest having a scooter for moving easier around Las Terrenas. We are happy to give the contact of a reliable scooter/4x4/car rental if you need.

A really good local fruit shop is available in the main street and also a traditional little "colmado" supermarket. They are 2 min drive from the villa.

The famous Playa Bonita is located at 5 minutes drive and the centre of Las Terrenas is reachable in 7 minutes drive.

Many Plug type A 120V like USA and Canada in the house, furthermore you will find about 10 USB plugs and a couple of EU 220V plugs.

Soaps for clothes and dish washing are available for sharing as well as you will find soap in the shower.

Towels, bed linen and pillows are provided and changed weekly. So you can travel lighter.

Breakfast preparation is not included but you can certainly count on coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk, cereals and some wonderful tropical fruit in the kitchen upon arrival.
