'The only problem we have wss that air conditioner was not working room was very hot they change to another room same problems for the hot weather ib the carribean controling air conditioner is not possible'

'Una total decepción con eurostars cayacoa. Y un robo tanto por expidia,como por el propio hotel. Ambos promulgan que el hotel fue renovado en noviembre pasado y todo es un desastre. De las dos piscinas, una estaba cerrada al igual que parte de el hotel. Los bares un completo desastre.aunque promocionan que es todo incluido, no es así. Solo tenían un tipo de brugal,un wisky(dewar's)y la gran parte de el tiempo no lo tenían. Tequila, absolutamente nada,trataron de pasar un aguardiente qué tenían...

'We stayed in a room with seaview and a balcony. The appartment was huge! The bathroom was very big with a nice and big shower. The bedroom was ok,the bed was good. There was also a kitchenette and a very nice and long sofa where you could watch television. The balcony had a bath. Breakfast is served at the Italian bakery downstairs.There's a lot of choice to eat. The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. In walking distance you have a lot of restaurants,bars,shops,... We would...

'The place was perfect. The accomadations had everything you need. Both pools are nice in size. The beach is a distance away. Maybe a 15 to 20min walk. The hotel is located more in the local neighborhood where shopping is near by. However, it is a private and safe hotel. I would definitely recommend.'
