« Great condo in a great location. Property and pool were well maintained. Within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Steps to the beach. We used the beach right in front of La Fenice to lounge in the supplied chairs. It is a long walk to the main grocery stores but we had a scooter so it was fine. Komida also delivers everything. « I really enjoyed my stay for 3 nights here. The apartment is modern, large and very comfortable. Security is great and guards are very friendly and helpful. Parking with dedicated spot is convenient and close.Great swimming pool, always pretty quiet. Communication with the host was great and he was always available. « Playa Bonita Residences is an exclusive community. Even on the “busy” weekend we did not feel like our space was limited. Grounds are great and pool is wonderful. Units are very close to the shoreline. Prior to check in I was informed that the unit I selected had a plumbing concern and as such we were given an upgraded unit. »
