« The A/C made the room feel sticky and humid, no proper ventilation in my opinion, it was basically a fan attached to the side of the wall, could tell it was old because every time it came on it released a weird smell, also the pillows were not that comfortable, very bland, no neck support, made sleeping pretty rough…but other than that everything else was great »

« Location was very convenient. The room was very noisy from above. Not sure why but during the Lao ight and early morning hours there was a large amount of vibration and the noise of footsteps coming from above was disruptive. Not cleaning each day was a little annoying because we had to reuse damp towels that didn’t dry well even when we hung them up. Breakfast was done well each morning. Staff at front desk was always very friendly. »

Environnement et atmosphere de l'entré et du petit déjeuner moyen mais propre. Personnes serviable et correct except le language d'un des receptionists envers d'autres assez choquant. »

« Place was decent, shower spout was leaking and never got it maintenanced, no tissue paper or hand towels, place looks run down. Luckily only stayed a night. Was not opened to checkout, nowhere to drop off room key. »

« This was a beautiful property & we enjoyed our visit very much! The staff were all very helpful and kind, the room was immaculate, breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and everything was quick and easy. »
