' I am almost hesitant to leave a review for this neglected property owned by Bear BnB whose owner is Tyler Shirk since his policy is to attack those who leave negative reviews as well as saying their expectations are too high. We are an active-duty military family who was celebrating our retirement after 20 years of service. We chose this property in order to visit family and left 2 hours after arrival due to the neglected and unsafe/unsanitary nature. The front of the house presented broken...

'The house was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Our 3-year-old loved the toy cash register we found in the drawer with the card games. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Great place with a great host.'
