'This house has been newly renovated and was very cozy for our family of 5. The location worked very well for all that we wanted to do in Boone and West Jefferson. Found some great spots for food including: Third Day Kitchen (great views and serene) and the Dough Shed (immaculate restaurant that had a fabulous, well stocked buffet even in late afternoon). We were there in a bit of a heat wave and did find the lack of central AC a little hard and the multitude of newly installed light switches...

'Fantastic location. Very clean house with comfortable furniture and a nice porch. We had an internet outage and the owner went out of his way to get things up and running for us even when we told him it wasn’t that big of a deal. There is a nice charcoal grill on the back deck also. Highly recommend. '
