'Een eenvoudig hotel, op loopafstand van de Michael’s Mount, met pub (voor de buurt en gasten), poolbiljart en een eetgelegenheid ‘s middags of ‘s avonds. Vriendelijke uitbaters, goed ontbijt.'

'Mijn bed was niet opgemaakt. De zeer verveelde medewerkster ging zuchtend op zoek naar een lakenpakket. Ze overhandigde deze aan mij en vertelde mij dat ik mijn bed nu op kon maken. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Jammer, want ligging is prima.'

'Check in was super! Vriendelijk personeel. De kamer die we krijgen zonder zeezicht is erg klein. Ook is hier geluidsoverlast van een klapperende deur in de gang en van de keuken buiten. ‘s avonds eten we in het restaurant, de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is niet in verhouding. Het eten is oké maar niet super. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar dus. Na het eten willen we nog iets drinken in de bar, maar nadat we hier een tijd hebben gewacht geven we dit op. 'A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches. Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival. Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended. '

'We took a bad start as the property was without electricity when we arrived (a problem of the whole area) but after that was solved, everything in our stay was perfect; The host gives us friendly service of breakfast and the restaurant was FABULOUS, with nice wines and excellent food. I had lobster and enjoyed every bit of it. The garden is pleasant to sit in with a good beer, they have several good beers on tap. I would stay again.'

'The hospitality is wonderful and the room clean. Breakfast is good and you can ask if you miss things. For me the price for the accomodation was too high. Although its high season and a touristic area, the room was small, the bed very small and the bathroom extremely small. View on parkinglot.'

'Having walked past the hotel for many years it was amazing to stay there. The hotel has had a gorgeous makeover. Amazing! The setting is stunning. The staff are all very friendly and the food is delicious many thanks to the chefs who you don’t see. The only downside was the size of the room it was a bit cramped we stayed in room 4. We only stayed 2 nights which we managed but I wouldn’t want to stay longer in that particular room. I would definitely stay again but I would have to look at the...

'Nou ik vond het spannend om boven een pub te slapen. Maar dit was echt niet nodig. Wat een super mooie kamer. Heel erg schoon en netjes. Modern ingericht. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Je hebt geen geluidsoverlast. In de ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt, je mag zelf kiezen wat je wilt. Ik zou hier zeker aan tafen om te verblijven.'

'This is the best B & B I ever stayed in. The accommodation is superb, The house is beautifully decorated and adorned by marvellous paintings by a local artist. The hosts Pablo and Grove are friendly, welcoming and generous. The breakfast menu was excellent, everthing is homemade and in the afternoon we were offered tea, coffee and amazing cake. The only disadvantage is that you have to drive elsewhere in the evening for dinner though I believe the hosts can provide additional meals if requested....
