"Elvis who checked me in was rude and extremely customer unfriendly. Even very very disrespectful. When i asked for the manager he was still interfering. The manager was apologizing for his behavior seceral times. Elvis was smiling disrespectful and even making a laugh at me out loud hahaha. Later he said that did not happen. Minutes later outside when i adressed him on his disrespectful behavior and lack of any customer service or respect he even ignored me. So extremely rude for someone who works at a hotel reception. This person should be let of or look for a different kind of job. Horrible experience "
