Boat and Trailer Parking: There is ample parking at the base of the driveway, perfect for boat and trailer needs.
Plenty of concrete parking.

Guest access: You will have access to the entire home/property, but the garage area will not be accessible during your stay. The lakehouse is nestled on about 1 acre of land.
There is a private boat dock for the community at the back of the neighborhood where you can fish, kayak, and paddleboard. If you would like to drive 5 minutes down the road to Center Hill Marina, there is a direct boat launch area. There is not a boat launch area at the dock area in the neighborhood. Center Hill Marina has day slip rentals that are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Child needs: Stair gates, high chair, sippy cups, and utensils.
