'We are "stuck" here for an extra 2 days due to the Kona stirm. Staff have been exceedingy patient and friendly and accommodating during this challenging peroid. They even got me to the local emergency room for treatment of an acute injury. Our room was gorgeous!'

Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed'

'Location was good. It was about a 8 minute walk to the Kaanapali boardwalk and beach - which is absolutely beautiful! Beach at resort was not really usable. This is a north facing unit and didn’t receive any sun during our stay but it does have an ocean view which is nice! This is an old building and unit. The unit has been mostly renovated, but some areas are original (doors, ceilings, baseboards, ect.) There were a couple of items in the unit that did not work but they were replaced after...

Service was disappointing and far below the standard expected for a destination known for hospitality. Staff members were rude and management did nothing to correct situations. '
