'Beautiful ocean room and very quiet. Loved the location on the beach and the lazy beach river pool. We also loved that the hotel was walking distance from Whaler’s Village. The food at the poolside restaurant was very good also as were the drinks! All the staff were so friendly and helpful except for the check in guy (around 10:30pm) at night who was not very welcoming and didn’t even smile at us once! 'The cooking station downstairs allowed for easier food costs compared to eating out every meal and the free laundry mat helped out with the return to home. Pool was fun and they had plenty of events throughout the week like free snowcones and live music. The staff was always friendly especially when there was a problem. A great place to stay!'

I stayed in the bungalows, which were amazing—spacious, comfortable, and not crowded at all. The atmosphere felt private and serene. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made the stay special.
