Typisch één nacht stop-over hotel zoals er zoveel zijn langs de I 95. Niets mis mee. Voor Lafayetteville hoef je niet te stoppen. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is okay. Ontbijt redelijk en kan tot negen uur.

No problem Good hotel

Compared to the other hotels nearby, my stay at Deluxe Inn was absolutely horrible. I booked for Labor Day weekend, and I genuinely regret not spending the extra money to stay somewhere else. From the beginning, the front desk seemed completely unaware of my reservation details. The man at the desk repeatedly knocked on our door, interrupting my sleep, to ask how long we were staying—information that should have already been available through our reservation. We had a Do Not Disturb sign clearly displayed, yet we were TOLD, not asked, that housekeeping had to enter and clean. Even worse, housekeeping later barged into the room apparently thinking we weren’t there, despite the DND sign being on the door. That was completely unacceptable and made us feel like our privacy was not respected. I also requested additional towels and washcloths for my daughter and was told they couldn’t provide any because they were doing laundry. To top everything off, a severe thunderstorm caused a power outage, and we were without electricity for more than 12 hours. While the weather was obviously beyond the hotel’s control, there was no meaningful accommodation or refund offered for the extended loss of power and overall inconvenience. Between the constant interruptions, lack of privacy, poor service, lack of basic necessities, and extended outage, this was easily one of my worst hotel experiences. Never again.
