'Get ready to gain some pounds with a calorie high and nutrient low breakfast. The highway side rooms are a nightmare as the sound isolation is low and the noise is day and night. The rooms themselves are clean and look ok. Rooms on the other side of the building are good as of the noise. '

'Last Night a staff banged on my door for another valet worker at another hotel, who irresponsibly left his phone inside of my vehicle. Staff mention that I needed to hurry up and find the phone with location said it was at my current hotel. I explain that I had NO knowledge of that and if the phone is in the car he can have his phone. Staff also stated that the worker would threaten to call HPD. I explain to staff that it’s obviously I don’t come to Houston from NY to steal a phone. And told her...

'We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient 1 min walk to the Galleria. Staff was very firendly. Room a little bit dated but not disturbing. Beds slept great. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Overall will be back when visting next time.'
