'The view '

'The staff was excellent and the airport shuttle service was excellent'

'Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. '

'was disappointed that we booked a non-smoking room and received a smoking one - struggled to sleep as the smell was lingering . apart from this it was a fine stay.'

'No service, bar/restaurant closed early which is unusual for an airport hotel. I have stayed here many times before and it is not what it has been. I had another night booked for the return home and I cancelled it, such a bad service.'

'Goed ontbijt. Verwarmd zwembad. Fijne kamer met goede bedden. Gratis luchthavenshuttle is goed geregeld. Personeel is vriendelijk. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.'

'Everything was perfect'

'Ben beter gewend bij andere IHG hotels. Gedateerd'

'Nice place for a one night stay over after a late landing at OR Tambo'

'Convenient and good value stop over when traveling through OR Tambo.'
