'"A beautiful and peaceful country cottage! The property is exactly as described—cozy, clean, and in a great location to downtown Clayton. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. The host (Trish) was great to communicate with, and the check-in process was a breeze. 5/5 stars all around!" The added treats and kitchen amenities were an added bonus. Thank you, Trish'

'We loved our stay!! It was more than perfect for our family. Everything was better than expected. The host Karen was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Clayton'

'This is a beautiful, rustic atmosphere home with many amenities. The listing is accurate. The host was extremely communicative and very helpful with any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had some initial disappointment with the stream that is not visible from the house, but there is a path down the hill to it. They provide a cart for taking chairs etc. down to the creek. The stream is somewhat overgrown. The hike to the waterfalls is only for the young and able. It is very steep...

'Everything you could want on vacation-beautiful home, yard, creek and location. We will be back again!!'

'Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an already nicely cooled house -- very welcome on a hot July day in Georgia and going above and beyond the typical arrival experience of other places where we often have to turn down the thermostat and wait for the place to get comfortable. That's just one example...

'Karen was great at communicating with us the entire time. She offered some great recommendations and provided smooth check in and check out.'

'Another great stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very convenient to get in and out of. This was our second stay in this particular unit, and we’ve also stayed three times in another unit just two doors down. We’ve always had a great experience and will definitely be back!'

'This property is beautiful and the house met all of our expectations. Indoor and outdoor activities were very entertaining for our group and the cooking facilities were top notch. Our host kept us posted. Easy check in and out.'

'The small farmhouse was the perfect weekend getaway. Everything was perfect. Absolutely no suggestions, just utter bliss!'

'Pet friendly and clean. Easy stay.'

'Nice place to stay'
