« When we arrived there was construction happening next door with loud equipment and blowing dust clouds. This left outdoor areas unusable and very dirty. The garbage bins out front smelled like rotting fish and were crawling with maggots. Beware of very steep downward driveway. « We were in town for a week for a Lacrosse Tournament, was perfect for what we needed. If ever we have to come back to Halifax, we will definitely look to stay here again. »

« Lovely 3 bedrooms. Has a shared kitchen. Hosts are lovely and very accommodating to any needs. Stayed with another couple. Each room has mini split so great when weather gets warmer. Not hard to find with maps and back deck is large and accommodating. »

« Lots of amenities. Owners very helpful in recommending local restaurants. Enjoyed finding mussels and sea glass on the little beach as well as the antics of the "rock" beavers. The heated pool was a plus. Absolutely wonderful views of the bay. »

« It was a lovely property and the hosts were very nice! There was plenty of space for all 4 of us and it was very well kept. The bed was very soft. Very clean and i would love to stay again if we are back in Halifax. »

« Myself and three others stayed in the suite for one night. It was easy to check in, clean, and well decorated. The place is a bit worn in appearance and some supplies were too low for one use, like coffee and dish soap. The beds were comfortable which is always appreciated. The two bedrooms were separated by a hallway which helped limit sound transfer. Overall, it was a good stay and very affordable for the area. « Met by the very attentive owner who is very polite. Answered texts very quickly, and checked in to make sure everything was okay and to see if I needed anything. Place was clean, bed is very comfortable, and amenities are close by with a car. Easy access to major highway close by. »

« We had people visiting from out of town and wanted somewhere with room for us all to stay. The ArtBnB was so charming, the decor was colourful and quirky. There were plenty of sleeping options for everyone- a king bed, a rollaway cot, two sofa beds, and some floor mattresses. Everything was clean and checkin and checkout was easy.
