'Overall pretty clean. Completely acceptable. There were some problem areas with caked on detergent in the washing machine, damp and stains under the sinks, dead bugs on the ceiling, but these I consider minor.'

Easy access to I4 from here there was just a few turns . There is a sitting area out back once you come through the gate but I didn’t use it. I give the property a 7 out of 10 which is good value and cleanliness. '

Just fyi - if you google the home and get concerned by the old Google Maps photo, don’t worry :) it’s been remodeled and isn’t scary like Google Maps would lead you to believe haha We stayed here while in town for a family member’s memorial in Lakeland, but we also got to go to Universal with other family in town, and it was an easy trip to make for just the day. 'Mostly a good stay. Good beds, good bathrooms and the kitchen was well attended. What missed was one, communication. The property changed over just before we went and we didn't receive proper check in instructions. I'm sure this is going to be better moving forward. No instructions when arriving for wifi or anything else either though but the primary issue was the back yard fence. We booked this due to having dogs but there were so many holes in the fence we couldn't really let them back there...
