Green Roof House!

Our "Green Roof House" is located in central Lakeland within walking distance to the cleavland heights golf course, the tennis courts, and the kids park.
Walking distance to Lake Hollingsworth and a few blocks to Downtown Lakeland, Lake Morton and Florida Southern College, and all downtown Lakeland has to offer!
This peaceful and centrally-located house has two bedrooms downstairs and a master suite upstairs.
There is an office area in the living room as well as the masters bedroom.
At the back is a separate inlaw suite.

Clean and very roomy…love the price for a 3br/2ba home! Just fyi - if you google the home and get concerned by the old Google Maps photo, don’t worry :) it’s been remodeled and isn’t scary like Google Maps would lead you to believe haha We stayed here while in town for a family member’s memorial in Lakeland, but we also got to go to Universal with other family in town, and it was an easy trip to make for just the day. I love that my mom, my daughter, and I all got our own rooms (my kid kicks in her sleep) without adding hundreds of dollars to our stay. Apparently there’s another home in the back with a completely separate entrance behind the side privacy fence - we never would’ve noticed except for seeing a car drive past once during our stay, in case that’s a concern for anyone. And we especially appreciated the fuzzy, cozy blankets on the beds that kept us warm at night when the temps dipped quickly during a random extreme cold front. The shorter duration of our stay was the only thing keeping us from enjoying the nice sitting area on the front porch. Upstairs was incredibly roomy with its own bathroom, and the two downstairs bedrooms were much roomier than the photos led us to believe. Great home all around!

This was the perfect location while visiting our daughter at FSC. The home is nicely updated, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, and the home was immaculately clean. The upstairs suite doesn't have a door as it is an open space, but this didn't bother us. We ran a fan up there (multiple are provided if needed) to minimize any noise from those staying downstairs (2 bedrooms and 1 bath are downstairs). We heard nothing. I share this in case someone is a light sleeper and would like to bring a portable white noise machine with them. We did not prepare any meal during this short visit, so I'm unable to comment on kitchen amenities. Some board games are provided as well. Communication with Eduard was easy.

Property was easy to find and Host (and wife) were friendly and extremely prompt with communication. Kitchen was well equipped, convenient to grocery stores, fuel, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our family. I found the bathroom showers perfect for anyone physically challenged. The third bedroom is upstairs using the entire 2nd floor inclusive with second bathroom. Loved the openness of the floor plan as well as its decor. Can’t go wrong with this choice for your stay near Lake Hollingsworth. Close by and within walking distance are tennis courts, golf and even a park for kids to enjoy. LOVED this place and location! You will too.

Well Appointed House!

The house was very clean and well appointed. We liked that they had several board games available in the family room and also TVs in the bedrooms was great! They have an updated Keurig coffee maker and even a Britta water filter in the refrigerator. We were impressed!

the property was refurbished in the past couple years. Overall very clean and everything worked. The bed mattresses (all 3, Queen) were very soft and little support. The linens were clean . Property is located on a busy street with lots of traffic.

Overnight stay at Lakeland

Comfortable and clean home in a nice Lakeland neighborhood close to downtown. After dinner we cracked open the Napa Valley Monopoly game in the living room and played for 4 hours while sipping on wine from the BOK Tower wine walk LOL. Heads hit the pillow in the comfy bed. We had a brief but lovely stay, thank you!

We needed a place during our home repairs. Took the chance on a unreviewed place. Was very clean and comfortable. Note - you do share common walls with another tenant. Wasn't a problem for us, but may be for others. The master bedroom and bath are in a loft upstairs that is open to the downstairs so full privacy and quiet are not attainable. The location in Lakeland is great and the host was responsive. Close to a park for kids, grocery stores and restaurants.
