  • Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The backyard is the lake with lots of nature (birds, ducks, ducklings, rabbits, frogs and small/medium sized allegator in water (Please take special care when next to the lake). Go fish from backyard (need a permit).
    About 45 minutes drive from Tampa International airport and an hour drive from Orlando international airport, this area in Lakeland will provide you an affordable accommodation with some good memories

We enjoyed our stay. We came to Lakeland for our grandson’s graduation. The house was close to the ceremony and close to our family there. Loved how it was right on the lake with an abundance of wildlife. We saw ducks, bunnies, a turtle and lots of birds. House was clean and very pet friendly. It met all our needs. Would definitely come back to this nice house on Honeytree Lane.

Our daughters went to Southeastern this house was our go to house when visiting them. We loved sitting on back porch watching the birds even saw a young alligator walk thru backyard

Property was great. I would suggest clearing a spot so guests can access the lake maybe install a small dock or area to launch a kayak. Also suggest adding a tv in 2 of the bedrooms so kids can watch something else. Master bedroom bed needs to be repaired although I had no issues just some noise.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was clean and comfortable, the view of the lake was pretty and we saw lots of birds and bunnies. The host was very communicative and was reachable when we contacted him with questions. The house is close to downtown, shopping, and restaurants, every convenience you would need. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if we are in the area.

Peace and Calm Property

Great for family of different ages (80yr to 40yr). Super clean, pleasant, relaxing, especially the patio area. Host was superb in communication. Great for our needs!

Although in town for unpleasant circumstances, our stay was very peaceful and convenient. Everthing was great and house was very clean and many homey touches. We were suprised to see no tvs in the bedrooms....i have to sleep with a tv.....maybe put that outthere so people can bring one as i went and bought one i dont need. Overall great and we had alot of fun with the ping pong.

The property was really nice and quiet. The neighborhood was an older community, but very clean and quite and the neighbors were nice. I loved seeing all the different animals. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores and all the places we needed to go. I grew up here, but it has really grown since I was here last. It was very spacious and clean and had a nice large refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal in the kitchen and a really nice washer and dryer in the garage. It was great to be able to pull the car into there garage and to have an opener to carry with you. The beds were comfortable, and having all queen sized beds made it great , since we had an extra guest. The biggest negative was you couldn't enjoy the nice screened in porch with the ping pong table. It had no fans, so it was very hot out there. My nephew and his son tried to play ping pong, but it was just too hot. It would have be nice to sit on the porch and look out at the beautiful lake and watch nature in the mornings, but again it was too hot without any fans to cool it down. Over all we had a nice time and it's a great property.
