Casa del Tiburón is a historic home in the historic Mango Groves neighborhood of Lake Worth Beach. The Spanish Mission style architecture and grand courtyard create the feeling that you are staying at your own private villa. The high hedges, tropical foliage, and wrought iron gates provide ample privacy for your stay.

Located in the heart of it all, Lake worth Beach and Casa del Tiburón are just minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, 1 mile from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island, 20 minutes from Delray Beach, 25 minutes from the Palm Beach Polo Grounds.

Our amazing pool was just finished in December of 2020 and features all of the best modern amenities a pool can have. The state of the art salt system keeps the water clean and bright without the sting of harsh chemicals. Optionally in the winter, the pool can be heated to 82 degrees for comfortable swimming on those cooler days (see house rules for optional services). . optional pool heater. The 26' x 13' pool features a wrap around seating bench and 8' long water wall. Full LED lighting will keep you enjoying the water into the evening. For your families safety, we also offer an optional child safety fence that can be installed prior to your arrival.

We have designed Casa del Tiburón to be a tropical oasis. The courtyard and pool are completely surrounded by beautiful tropical foliage and flowers as well as coconut palms, key lime trees, bananas, sea grapes, and an ancient mango tree complete with orchids.

The native butterfly garden surrounds the seahorse fountain and pergola swing creating a relaxing place to sit while watching monarchs, swallow tails, zebra, and other species of butterfly dance from plant to plant.

Casa del Tiburón has been completely refurbished from top to bottom. When you enter the house you will enjoy every little detail that creates the theme, "The Shark House" including the beautiful custom made stained glass window which sets a cool and cozy atmosphere. Shark and ocean themed artwork from local artists and photographers complete the mood.

The living room is set up for family and friends to enjoy, the kitchen comes fully equipped with a coffee and tea station, to suit everyone's needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are completely remodeled including custom made closets, hand tiled showers, and even an authentic Spanish style sink!

If you want to enjoy the beach and the ocean, head to the Lake Worth Beach Casino Pier and Complex, located just 1 mile away. Enjoy all that the Atlantic Ocean has to offer. There is ample parking for beach access. Enjoy an ocean view meal at one of the restaurants on the pier or boardwalk area. While you are there, pick up a souvenir at the local t-shirt and gift shop.

For the more adventurous there are many exciting activities close by. SCUBA dive or snorkel on some the the most beautiful reefs, or dive deep on the many wrecks. If you are brave enough... get up close and personal with some of the largest sharks Florida has to be seen on a guided shark trip... try your hand at spearfishing. There are also many places to rent a boat or charter a captain and get out on the water for some fishing nearby.

Airboat tours are just 30 minutes away. Get out and see some of the Florida wildlife and alligators up close and personal in the Everglades.
