'This is a gorgeous property. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The communications with the managers were excellent. The top condo was shut down due to a gas leak so we weren’t sure if we would have the entire building or we would be lacking the four bedrooms in that unit. They kept us well informed of the status and we finally did get to use the unit. Did I mention that there are an incredible number of stairs?'

'I cannot say enough good things about our experience. First of all, the host really worked with us when 7 of the 9 people going on our trip got sick with the flu. And then when we forgot a baby monitor they mailed it back to us. Oh and randomly the coffee pot broke and they had a new one to us within 30 minutes. It was really next level customer service and responsiveness! The house is big and clean and there was plenty of space for the 9 of us - a mix of adults and children. We cooked in the...

'Property was fantastic. Loved the concierge option and this was exactly what we wanted. The views, multiple deck & seating areas were great. Wished the 3 room in the main house was a queen bed with a pull out if needed since we were all adults it was a bummer for one to sleep on a twin but I’m sure for kids or singles it’s helpful. '
