This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door.

From world-class downhill mountain biking trails to approachable family friendly hiking, our trails compliment all ability levels. Come explore some of our signature bike park trails like Livewire and Gypsy to easy hiking trails with the kids out to Sawmill Lake.

We kindly ask that you do not store any mountain bikes inside our unit. There will be an $500 fine against your damage deposit if any bikes are stored in the unit or on the unit’s balcony.

*If you are locked out of the unit during your stay, the front office can re-issue a key during normal business hours. Or the Northstar Security office is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist in getting you back into the secure Iron Horse building. Last resort will be a $100 fee for the Property Manager to drive our after hours to let you back in the building.
