Two bedrooms and a full bathroom round out this home's main level.

Upstairs, a full level is dedicated to the private Primary suite. A King bed, reading chair, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath offer a relaxing retreat when you are in need of a moment alone. Enjoy access to a small outdoor deck directly from the suite. And for those on a working vacation, the spacious office loft provides an ideal work space.

Downstairs from the main level, you'll find a game room with ping pong table, mini fridge, and seating around an oversized television. This is a great space for the kids to spread out, or for the sports fans to watch the big game.

3. The driveway at this property slopes downward toward the garage. Drivers should use caution and proceed slowly when pulling into the driveway; especially when icy conditions are present. Like all Tahoe Donner Properties, 4WD with good tires, or traction devices are strongly encouraged.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
