'Weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij the Americana Village. Het is een leuk complex en we hadden een mooie ruime kamer met keukentje, (eet)tafel en bank. Op loopafstand van Heavenly Village waar genoeg te shoppen en te eten is. Ontbijtfaciliteit had iets beter gekund.'

'Probably the best part of the stay was the friendly staff and the Big Bear breakfast burritos. I stayed at the Beachside Inn which was nice since I had easy access to the long dock, which allowed me to get on the water without being in the water. Staying right on the lakeshore provided amazing photo opportunities in the early morning.'

'The Alder Inn is very well located in South Lake Tahoe. Nice setting, very close to the beach and about a 30-minute walk to the stores and restaurants in Heavenly Village. Property seems a bit dated and it is a bit weird that there is no staff on-site. This did not hinder my stay however. The rooms could use a bit of an update, to bring them a bit more into 2024. But it was comfortable, rooms are spacious and it's very easy to get too.'
