'We stayed here between March 1 and April 1 and had a great experience. This hotel was exactly what we needed for an overnight stop. 'What I didn't like was that the staff who prepared the food allowed dogs into the area where the food is although there are signs before entry into that area and in the area that dogs are not allowed. The cook even played with the dog in that area disregarding the sign. I complained to the front desk. They said saud they did not see it.'

'It was busy but Tywana is very friendly and helpfull. We arrived a little late and the pool was about to close but my sons were able to go in the pool and she even bring them some exta towels'

'From the pics the hotel seemed pretry nice. Once I arrived staff was nice and accommodating. I flew in super late checked in around 4am with my child. I was awaken at 7ish am to a bed bug crawling on my SONS BACK!!! I was livid, I cried in anger and packed up immediately. They did resolve my issue as far as the refund but I had nowhere to go in a foreign city. I had to go through hoops to get to another hotel with a toddler stroller and luggage. I hope to God I dont bring anything home'

'I had roaches in my room hopefully I don’t take none back to my home the front desk never answer the phone very helpless only 2 towels in the room I worked at a hotel and I know it at least has to be 4 of each no bedding for the sofa bed the sink in the bathroom stopped up it was horrible'
