« This was a beautiful cozy place. So Lovely decorated. With little kitchenette amenities enough to fix simple breakfast/ lunch. A table to sit at. Nice clean modern bathroom. Nice entrance. Private. Close to hikes (25-30 minutes from LOJ trail head parking. It allowed me to bring my dog. It was perfect for what we needed. Host was very responsive to any questions. I’d stay again without hesitation. »

« We had a fantastic experience staying here! The room was recently renovated, clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Everything—from the linens to the bathroom—felt fresh and well cared for.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Main Street, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and beautiful views of Mirror Lake. « This place was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed in the house and every time we thought we needed to go get something. It was already there. Gaby was great and so far as texting and keeping me informed on things. We actually reached out to see if we could do it again, but unfortunately, it looks like she’s booked. This woman deserves a gold star for this place. »

« Lovely home, surrounded by trees and with beautiful view of the mountains. Close to fantastic hiking and solid options for eating out, and a quick drive to Lake Placid if you want a bit more variety or to do some shopping. This was the cleanest rental house I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve rented a lot over the years. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The owners were thorough and responsive. Would love to return in the future! »

« My husband and I spent the weekend here with my son and grandchildren. We stayed in the downstairs suite with it's own kitchen and bathroom. I appreciated being together, but also having our own space. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the host was great. Definitely recommend. »

« The house was perfect for us! We had plenty of space, enjoyed the large kitchen, the patio, the hot tub and having fires outside in the evening. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. We had a blast! The house was clean, beds comfortable, great appliances and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. We would come back and stay again! »

« Pine Ridge is an excellent property with a prime location close to Whiteface. We will definitely be back. Plenty of thoughtful details all around the house.A complete kitchen with anything possibly needed, plenty of common spaces to relax and a games room with lots of options.Excellent. »

"Hotel bien situé. Le personnel courtois et avenant. L'agent à la réception nous a permis de mettre nos motos à l'abri de la pluie pour la nuit. Magnifique hôtel. Nous y reviendrons assurément. "

"Super endroit! La disposition des différents immeubles/ lieux permettait de se sentir bien et rendait l’endroit chaleureux. Foyer extérieur le soir, BBQ mis à la disposition des cuisiniers, hamacs, etc. Chambre design incroyable (2 chambres fermées ), tout était à la hauteur des photos et des attentes. Personnel chaleureux. Piscine propre et accessible. La rue principale à 10-15 minutes de marche. Seules déceptions: les vélos et le sauna défectueux. Si les vélos et le sauna ne sont pas dans vos critères: nous recommandons 110%. Merci Eastwind Hôtel. "

The Town House Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"À notre arrivée , il aura fallu 40 minutes d’attente dans une certaine panique, pour avoir le bon code pour entrer dans la chambre . On nous a texté le mauvais code et puisqu’il n’y a personne sur place , le seul point de contact est un répondeur avec une boîte vocale pleine ou un cell pour envoyer un texto . Ce que nous avons fait . Mais il aura fallu 40 minutes pour se faire répondre . J’ai trouvé ce temps d’attente très angoissant. Ce n’est pas agréable de se retrouver avec cet enjeu sans savoir si on aura accès à la chambre ou s’il faut commencer à chercher un autre endroit! Mis à part ce moment pénible , l’endroit est parfait ! "
