'Irena and Alex were very responsive. There was a huge storm that knocked out power in the entire area the night we checked in. Irena and Alex offered to bring over candles and water.'

'The accommodations were wonderful. I especially liked the attention to detail that made it feel like we were at home. Great location for all of our day trips!'

'We had a great visit to Calumet! The house was clean and there was plenty of room for our whole family-8 adults and 10 kids. Wonderful hosts! We enjoyed Swedetown Mountain Bike paths and hanging out watching the world cup. Visited McClain State Park to take a dip in Lake Superior. Beautiful! Plenty of parking for all our family cars, fully functional kitchen to feed lots of kids, and the sauna was a nice bonus!'

'This property was amazing! So comfy and it felt like home. I love that is pet friendly and has a kitchen and laundry. We will be back!'

'Great place in between downtown and campus. Clean with all basic necessities. Would love to book again for next carnival. '

The hostess communicated excellently, and responded almost instantly to any questions. The kitchen had he pots/pans, etc. that we needed. They provided a small, charcoal barbecue for grilling.'

'This property worked well for a short stay in L'Anse. The overall feel is more "bachelor pad" than "Grandma's house." Furniture is comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to us. The kitchen is generally well stocked, if a bit cramped for counter space.'

'The house was very comfortable overall, and the main bed in particular was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with enough essentials for us to prepare our meals without any issues. The only area that did not meet the same standard as the rest of the home was the bathroom.
