Our home is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse in the popular Laurelwoods community, located directly across from Big Boulder Mountain and Big Boulder Lake.

The recently renovated and redecorated three-story townhouse boasts all new furnishings and a host of games and activities to ensure your group will have as much fun at home as you do on the slopes or at the lake.

On the main floor there is a living room with vaulted ceiling and a 70-inch Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, a dining room, and a 1/2 bathroom. The main floor also includes an owner’s suite bedroom which includes a king size bed (sleeps 2 guests), 55-inch Smart TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2 guests). The second camping-themed bedroom is a great room for kids and includes two full size bunk beds (sleeps up to 4 guests). Each bedroom includes a HDTV with streaming capabilities via an Amazon Fire stick.

The lower level includes a fourth bedroom with a full size bed (sleeps 2 guests), a full bath room, a rec room that includes a pull out sofa (sleeps 2) and a washer and dryer.

Games and activities are available throughout the house including a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, PS4, oversized connect 4, and tons of board games.

There is also a private patio off the lower level which includes a Weber grill and 4 Adirondack chairs.

Between Memorial Day through Labor Day, you can purchase a guest pass to Boulder Lake Club which offers beach access to the lake, a heated pool, tennis, beach volleyball, bocce ball, cornhole, kayaking, and more.
