'It was such a lovely haven while we were displaced from our home due to storm damage...the fireplace added instant atmosphere and the train carriage is so cute. The pre-cut firewood and homemade jams etc, were an unexpected bonus. Thanks so much - recommend to anyone! '

'Very convenient place to stay. Walking distance to centre of town and next to major rail & bus link. Warm & light.'

'Fantastically located bach with a wonderful deck overlooking the shore which we spent most of our time on! The kitchen was very well equipped and great selection of games and entertainment. Proper Kiwi bach, will be back!'

'Lovely bog home but very unkept and dirty. Outside, lawns weren't mowed, definitely needed to water blast as slime build up, made surfaces slipery, outdoor furniture covers were ripped also. Inside, mold in the milk throffer, inside the kichen bins, most window cills were covered in cob webs, spiders, flys and very dirty. Wall paper lifting. Dark hair found in beds that weren't slept in. Loved the place but definitely needs work and a proper clean and upkeep.'

'Really lovely home. Had everything we needed and more. Warm house and nice beds. Loved having the fire going for a rainy windy weekend in Wellington. Thanks again for having us'
