'Great location, right on the edge of downtown. Safeway half a block away, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Walk/drive to the beach, drive to wineries. Home was charmingly restored and comfortable, with all the amenities and lots of parking. Property manager had good communication and check in instructions were straightforward. Great place to stay!'

'My partner, dog and I had a great time here!Very quiet, close to wineries (5 min drive/ 45 min walk). The suite was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Overall a great experience '

'What a fantastic spot! The hosts were lovely, and put out such a lovely breakfast spread. The space was perfect for our little family. The location was great, and made it easy to come and go as needed. We appreciated that it felt like our own little apartment. It stayed nice and cool in the hot summer heat. 'There was a lack of a few staples in the kitchen like plastic wrap or foil. Some of the furniture was in poor shape. We moved one chair in the living room and the leg fell off. The lounger on the deck was broken and the couch had some serious issues. Overall the stay was good and the house worked for us. '

'This was our second stay at Rosehill Estate and it was perfect for our whole family (13 people). Check-in was very smooth - they went above and beyond. And communication was excellent during our entire stay. The views are absolutely stunning and the house, especially the kitchen, is equipped with everything visitors could need. We spent so much time in the pool and hot tub - you don’t need to leave the estate unless you want to. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We’ll be back!'
