"The lady at the desk was very friendly! The room was truly awful! The bed was incredibly bad. Way too soft, like you're lying on a waterbed. What's even worse was that there were cockroaches everywhere, some tiny and some larger. We had to pull the bed down from the wall just to be able to sleep. They were crawling all over the ceiling, floor, walls, shower, and sink. It's a shame, but we'll never go back! The decor was nice, and the intention was good, but I'd rather not bring any cockroaches home with me!"
