« What a wonderful condo! The location is fantastic. It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent steam shower. On-site parking is very helpful as parking in town can be challenging. We didn’t move the car once there as we could walk everywhere. Owner was very responsive and helpful. « Really cute little apartment, good sized unit. Location is very walkable to all parts of Telluride. There was some construction on the street right outside September 2026 but that won’t be going on forever. Walking around the building and finding the unit the first time can be a little confusing and there’s two doors to the unit so I suggest finding the front door before you bring all your luggage up. The unit itself is run down and in need of repairs which I’m sure we are not the first to bring to their attention. The user manual has no additional information than the check in instructions. TV instructions wouldBe helpful. Messages sent were responded to quickly so we appreciated that. They fail to mention in the listing or in a separate message that the building has roof repairs...
