You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to the plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities ​on the property. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

Entire house is available for guests, accept access to the garage is currently restricted. Must climb stairs to bedroom on the second floor.
