Breathtaking Lake Views! Lakeside Lodge, New Private Dock, Next to Village, AC

Renters are welcome to spend the day at our private dock. Upon arrival each renter must go to the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) Client Services office to process their registration and pay a fee to access lake trails. You must take green ALA Membership card provided by owner. ALA office can be found in marina at 870 North State Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead Office hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, 7 days per week. Wristbands will be issued to access trails.

This gorgeous newer home is located in the heart of Lake Arrowhead. Nestled above Burnt Mill Beach and adjacent to the Village, it's in an ideal location. Practically every window in this light and airy home has a beautiful view of the lake. On the main level of this home is a warm spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and huge picture windows to capture the views. Sit and chat with your family or friends around the majestic rock fireplace. Cook a wonderful meal in the gourmet kitchen that has all the amenities of home.

There are two large outdoor decks, the upper deck is perfect for barbecuing, dining or just relaxing watching the birds and squirrels. Wake up every morning to the sun glistening off the lake from your truly decadent master suite. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from a bench swing off the private balcony of the master suite with views to the North. The master bathroom has a large jetted tub and a separate glass shower with the same dramatic views. With just a three minute walk to Lake Arrowhead Village, you can enjoy the many quaint shops, restaurants, art galleries, supermarkets, and free outdoor summer concerts.

Lake Arrowhead is more than just summertime fun, it's a Winter Wonderland as well! At Lake Arrowhead Village, Santa makes his first appearance in late November for the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. In December enjoy The Firefighters' Annual Village Bon Fire or Taste of Lake Arrowhead. In nearby Blue Jay, participate in the Blue Jay Christmas Parade, or just relax and enjoy a movie in the local theater. For the more adventurous type, try year-round ice skating at Ice Castle Skating Rink. There's also skiing, snowboarding, and inner-tubing at Snow Valley, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Ski Resorts.

Our home will be clean and disinfected prior to your stay. To avoid any charges withheld from the security deposit and a negative traveler review, please read the fee schedule below.

Staying here feels like coming home. Our 4th year booking this house. For years we have stayed at the Resort and other rentals but now cannot imagine staying anywhere else. There is not a thing we would change or anything we need when staying here. Booking process is always smooth and communication with the owner is always lovely. The gorgeous home is well-maintained and extremely clean. Makes you want to protect it and keep it that way! We’re looking forward to booking again next summer maybe sooner if we are lucky!

Nice Place with a couple of hiccups

We had a great time at this place with easy access to the village and lake. Dock is a little further away. There were a few hiccups: wifi password listed on VRBO website was incorrect, TVs were not functioning when we arrived, Apple TV/Netflix were not functioning (necessary with little ones). Our host-Laurie was very helpful though, resolving most of the issues. She provided the correct WiFi password on the first call and had the cable people out the next day to get all the TVs working. The cable issue was not really her fault, as upgraded cable boxes had been delivered some months prior and were not installed. Apple TV/Netflix also did not get fixed due to challenges getting new equipment installed, but Laurie kept in constant communication and she really felt bad that these hiccups arose. Overall our stay was great and Laurie is a great host, will definitely stay there again.

Great property over all! Comfortable & clean. The property is well stocked except in glassware, plenty of reusable plastic cups but only a few real glasses…. The dock was fantastic & perfect for paddle boarding, water play & relaxing! My mistakes: Thought i could get the ALA wrist bands before checking into the house, but needed the card from the property. Had thought we could pick up wristbands for the adults in my group but each wristband must be received & attached individually in the office. Lessons learned.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location!

This house is gorgeous, in a great location, close to the lake and village, and the rooms and decor are spectacular. The owner was generally responsive (including when we struggled to turn the alarm off when we arrived after midnight! Thank you Laurie!), but the TV's did not work, and we were not told how to work them when we reached out for help. Regardless, I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

Beautiful Arrowhead Home

This place is amazing! The kitchen table is big and round for fun family games! The wood fireplace is beautiful. The location is perfect. Stunning view and you can walk to the lake for hiking trails and the Village! The dock is super cool and so relaxing to watch sunset and all the birds! This house is super clean, communication with host is easy, and those are what we always look for in our vacation getaways! We will definetly be back!

Nice house for our group

This house worked very well for our group--our family of four and my friend and his son. It just so happened that my friend's spouse was not available for the trip, so the bed situation worked out for us. (I think this would be a lot more rentable if it had two rooms with queen bed or larger). The living room and kitchen are on street level with the garage. The bedrooms and something of a family room in between them are downstairs. The master is large with a king bed and large en suite bathroom. One notable quirk is that the shower has a large, _clear_ (not frosted) window in it. I suppose people figure there aren't people directly outside, but a telescope across the lake could easily see in, especially at night. We fixed this by temporarily taping up aluminum foil. One bedroom with a bunk and trundle was perfect for our kids and our friend's child to share and have fun sleepover-style. The kitchen is nice with a large island, gas stove, dishwasher, and modern refrigerator with ice and filtered water. The garbage disposal broke while we were there, but that was just a minor inconvenience. Kitchen pots and pans are what we've come to expect at rentals. They exist, but are quite worn, but serve their purpose. Although we thought we'd enjoy the foosball table, air hockey, and ping pong in the garage, we ended up not bothering because of the cold. Also, there is a boat taking up half of the garage, so there isn't space to open the ping ping table. I tested the air hockey, and it's worn and the pucks don't slide easily. But we that didn't take away from our experience and we enjoyed our stay. The location is on a narrow street, which many of the houses in the area are. I was very thankful that it didn't recently snow and there wasn't ice on the road, as it would have been pretty scary to get to the house in those conditions. (We have an AWD SUV, but I live in LA and I'm not accustomed to driving in snow.) Also, Laurie was fairly responsive to chats on Vrbo and I appreciated her support before and during our stay! She provided her phone number as well, but I never had anything that urgent. Overall, we would stay there again with this group!
