Bed's include 2 queens, 1 double, and a California king. Parking is more than ample with space for 2 cars in the garage, 3 in the driveway, and street parking.

The kitchen is well stocked and includes dishwasher, built-in GE Monogram fridge, dual ovens, 6 burner stove top and granite counter tops. The outdoor kitchen includes 3 burner DCS BBQ with infra-red burner and infra-red rotisserie, side burner, warming drawer, cutting block, sink, fridge and beer tap. The rear deck provides a table and seating for 8. The BBQ counter also serves as a counter top bar with swivel chairs for seating. Two wing-back lounge chairs face the fire pit.
