'We were really looking forward to our stay here and assumed everything was set. However, when we got to the property around 8 PM, the front desk informed us that our host, Marianne, had not sent them the required endorsement to allow us to stay, so they prevented us from checking in. We tried calling and messaging Marianne and Jarre multiple times through the emergency line they had provided us, but no one answered, so we had to wait in the lobby for another 1.5 hours. 'location was great. Close by to Uptown Mall & variety of restaurants. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. WiFi did go out on our 5th night, attempted to contact the host however there was no response. Overall, experience was good. '

'When the caretaker met us in front the lobby,she fidnt informed us that our smaller room was chaned yo a bigger room when we checked in on that day.'

'One of the smoothest stay and transition I ever had in Manila. Thank you very much for being attentive and helpful all through out our stay. We felt at home in the unit. Can’t wait for our next stay. Very accessible and everything you need in one place, MOA is a trike away or 15 min walk. One very instagrammable pool. Too bad we didn’t get to dip there. maybe the next one'
