« We were a small group going to a larger family reunion. The location was fantastic as we were 5 minutes away from the park where the reunion was being held. Didn’t need lake front, just a comfy place to sleep and kick back after fun filled days! Great supper club down the road for a Friday fish fry! »

« I cannot say enough good things about Erica and this property! It was exactly as described, incredibly clean, and had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed (and didn’t know we needed). Erica was incredibly responsive and was an excellent host!It was myself, husband, our two boys (21 and 13) and my parents. There was plenty of room for everyone. « Stayed with my parents, siblings and their families. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. Kitchen was stocked with very nice pots, pans, and food storage. Having two fridges was great! The lofted space with the bonus room with beds was awesome for the kids to have their own hangout space. Access to the water was perfect and so close the beach and park worked out so well! We would definitely book again!! »

« This is a great house! It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and the outdoor space is great. We had 10 adults and it fit us all nicely. If we are back in that area, we would rent again! »

« This is a great place. We had 3 families staying here w kids for our local "Friends and Family gathering" at the Catawba park. Downstairs has beds for those that need quiet space and there is a great deck where we saw a bunch of humming birds as well as turkeys and deer. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, and lots of places for people to hang out and play cards in the evening. »

« This property and home were beautiful! Everything was as advertised. There were tons of amenities, we had everything we needed and more! Great for large families and groups! We utilized the dock and water with incredible access to the lake and close to the boat landing! Kids loved the shallow sand entry and raft with slide. We look forward to staying again in the future! »
