'Convenient location for our needs. Clean and comfortable for the price!'

'Our room was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only suggestions I have are to switch to smart televisions, so that guests can watch their streaming services, especially for extended stays. Also, the washers were breaking/broke, so having those fixed immediately would be nice. When guests are there for extended stays, we are in need of washers and dryers quite often. Other than those two suggestions, our stay was great.'

'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). Also the hotel provided a comfortable room, superfriendly and helpful staff and options for the well...

'Everything was wonderful except our 2nd Dining experience at the Toasted Oak. We had a waitress that didn’t seem like she wanted to be our waitress. She came over with an indifference attitude. Gave me 1 cup of coffee and never checked if I needed a refill. Gave me a burnt English muffin. When the bill was due she decided to be polite then thinking I was going to give her an additional tip. I tipped her accordingly to her service. I did give a generous tip to the waitress that came over...

'Parking was well lit. There were two individuals just sitting on the edges of the lot but they didn’t pay attention to us. I felt safe. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Room was clean. '
