« The cabin is better than the pics and it’s in a cute cozy community, minutes from hiking/skiing/lakeside/town. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the house systems are easy to use (check-in, heating, washer/dryer, dish washer). Communicative and generous hosts made everything welcoming and easy. »

« Everyone in our group of 8 (4 kids and 4 adults) loved the decor and style of the home. The home was exactly as shown in the pics & it was clean. Unfortunately we were only able to enjoy the home for a few hours in the evening due to last-minute travel plan changes; would have loved to stay overnight and wake up to experience the sights/neighborhood in the morning. »

« This cabin is conveniently located, but also peaceful and private. My husband and I brought our college age daughter here for spring break, and were able to ski both Palisades and Alpine Meadows, which are each about a 15 minute drive away from the rental home. There were also plenty of cute restaurants and a large Safeway within a short drive. The home itself has a wonderful living area, fully stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds. « The big stocked kitchen, clean house, and fast communication with the property manager were great. All upstairs bedrooms have king beds with bathrooms attached: super convenient for big groups. I would book this house again. »

« This "cabin" is an architectural fantasy of design and architecture. It has all the amenities one would ask for. The decor theme was "rustic cabin" on steroids throughout. The sauna was huge, the master suite was delightful. I really enjoyed the shower and tub. The heat pump hydronic heat kept the place comfortable. If you have your passes you can ski in. You can enjoy all the Northstar HOA amenities during your stay. I would recommend this place to anyone! »

« The cabin looked like the ad but with quite a bit of snow. Perfect location for skiing at Palisades and Alpine. Kitchen was not as well equipped with limited supplies. We asked about grill and were told it was not available but then were invited to use the neighbors. Bed was extremely comfortable. We were very appreciative of the addition glasses left. »

« The house is great! Clean, comfortable and charming. Very close to everything in town. Only disappointing thing is that no access offered to Incline Beaches. I know this is a trend and I am aware of the reasons why, but something should be reconsidered. The Incline beaches are a main summer attraction and it’s disappointing not to be able go. I would encourage property owners to work something out with IVGID for there rental guest. »

« We intersected with a major snowstorm that blanketed the mountains around the lake with white. After getting the massive pile of snow on the deck down to below eye level, we were rewarded with exceptional views of the lake. The house was beautiful and conveniently located near Palisades and Tahoe City. It was a great home base when we couldn't reach the slopes and wanted to cook and play games. We had good wifi for remote work and everything needed for a great vacation. »

The house is great, lots of space and we loved the high quality kitchen (wolf range, subzero fridge). We were looking forward to the hot tub, however were disappointed when we found that it had a leak and was losing water over the weekend. « This A-frame unit was perfect for myself (downstairs queen), 4 kids (bunk-room) and my friends (upstairs loft king). The location was perfect for getting into Tahoe City for essentials or the ~20min drive to Palisades for skiing. We had a small snafu with plumbing, but the property manager had it fixed as soon as possible with excellent communication. Pro-tip - the downstairs bedrooms got hot, even with the heat turned down to 62. Leave a window open - it still didn't get too cold in the winter,...
