« We just spent the most incredible 3 nights at this beautiful cabin, and I'm still in awe at the amount of care and thought the owners put into our stay. « The cottage is quite fine and well equipped, yet what is truly stunning is the setting. Behind the house, and seen from the big living room glass front, is a large stretch of grass, dotted with rocks and framed by trees. And down at the end, one can see the lake. It is great to swim right there, and a beautiful path along the lake leads to Sunset Beach, about 25 minutes away. And if it is windy, one can hear the sound of the waves in the bedroom. »

« This is a terrific cabin where you can hear the waves lapping outside your door and watch the most fabulous sunsets. The cabin is modest, but is super comfortable and has everything you need. « The location of the cottage was perfect for having young children. It is walking distance from the beach. It would have been nice to have a third bedroom, but we made it work with the loft. The cottage was very clean on the inside but the outside was a bit buggy. Overall, it is was a great family cottage. »

« Keep in mind this stay was in September - kids were back in school, and fewer people on summer vacation! Husband and I, and our big old senior pup arrived on Saturday and left on Tuesday. We were a bit thrown off by arriving at a double garage! But soon realized the suite is on the other side. And what a view is on the other side! The owners have taken great care to make the entire place feel like a park. Open grassy areas but also well placed trees for privacy and shade. Beautiful planters...

« Overall it had everything you need and your 5 min from town and a fully stocked grocery store. It was clean, beds VERY comfortable, lots of room, games, fire wood stocked and large yard with shaded space. Note the private dock is across a fairly quiet street. Owners were quite responsive. »

« The location was amazing, lots to do for adults and kids. Great little hike to a waterfall. Hot tub warmed up quickly and stayed warm, was also clean. Communication was fast, any problems were fixed immediately, and questions answered right away. But there wasn’t a lot of info regarding clean up and other expected topics. Had to ask about garbage, check out info ect. Also had issues with heating, had no control, so when it wasn’t working in the middle of the night we couldn’t do anything about...
