'Only major warning and complaint I would have is the hotel front desk charged a "deposite" on check in I thought nothing of it because its an international card. Luckily I was meeting someone who lives in China and when they found out they immediately got a refund. It was explained to me that deposites are not something that is done. Other than that all other areas of service were beyond excellent, the breakfast buffet was fantastic every morning, and the view of the lake from a room that...

'Very nice vacation hotel. Great for family with relaxing time and schedule.'

'Good view!!'

'다들 친절했어요'

'Perfect area, really nice hotel, central to the entire city. Room is very comfy and clean.'

'Underwhelming as a vacation hotel. The hotel itself was ok, but the surrounding area was not good. Only limited choices of food at the restaurant in the hotel. Needed to walk 10mins to find a decent restaurant. Only a small outdoor pool. Work out area is very small. Bed was ok, not very comfortable for a vacation hotel. Limited choices for breakfast. Coffee machine was not commercial level, broken every several minutes. The good side is the hotel is just several minutes walking to Daguan Park...

'very modern and clean; easy access to most of sites'

'The air conditioner was not working. Noted the side window was opened but could not close it. Had to leave the curtain open so that cold air from outside can come in. As it was the new year eve, lots of fire works took place. It was so noisy that I could not sleep at all. '

'位置偏离中心地段，不过挺合适我们转机住一晚。旁边是个大商场，但是巨没人气。打车去机场方便。'

'Personeel helpt echt engels gaat zo moeilijk zonder internet vertalen naar chinees kabelbaan daar zeker doen'

'The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful '

'The buffet breakfast is excellent with many varieties. The front desk is helpful and professional, the room is clean and spacious and with free self laundry services. If they can offer the bathroom with a brighter lighting, that will be great'

'客房寧靜舒適，簇新的房間設備，職員高效有禮，尤其是貼心服務的早餐聽廳職員。非常好的住宿體驗。'
